Fran Alley

Fran Alley is an artist and art educator. Fran’s degrees include B.F.A., B.Ed, Provincial Instructor’s and Adult Education Diploma. Fran has worked with the Canada Council Art Bank as an art consultant and has taught painting tours in Europe and Mexico. Fran is the founder of the highly successful Vancouver Art Guild, a venue that encourages artists and supports art education. In the summers Fran can be found teaching art classes for adults at the Kerrisdale Community Center. Fran is working on a Guidance and Counseling Diploma at UBC. She currently works as Department Head for Spectrum Alternative School in East Vancouver.
